Absolut Glimmer Vodka Private Soiree NYC

Posted in Events by yoshi on November 18, 2010

This past Wednesday evening, my girl Nat of Ladies Lotto and Nylon (among other things, this woman does it ALL!) invited me to be her guest for a special night with Absolut in celebration of their limited holiday edition Absolut Glimmer Vodka at the Chelsea Art Tower.

I wasn’t sure what to expect so when we were escorted to the floor the event was being held, I was ecstatic to see the elegant decor set for all the guests! I felt very special indeed, actually, I felt like I was going to prom all over again… minus the free bar.

Hors d’ouvres were passed around (I think I must have eaten for 3 that night), drinks were plenty, and conversations were – very interesting to say the least. Nat and I enjoyed our meals and played catch up as we ooh’d and ahh’d at the crystal-like Absolut Glimmer bottle placed in front of our faces.

Sara, head of Absolut PR, shared her appreciation with all of their guests and informed us that we were in for a special surprise treat, a private performance by CeeLo Green =) Fantastic! I get to see him again! And when I say private performance, I’m talking about the man was DEFINITELY singing to me… and only me… yea. I said it. =P

Sarah and Nat

Of course each of us walked away with our own bottle of Absolut Glimmer Vodka and chocolates!!!!

Thank you Nat and Absolut for gifting us with a perfect night to start the holiday season off right!
